This is an application, not an instant signup.
The proposal document carries your ABN, your bank details and your electrical licence, so it cannot be issued before those exist. That is why there is no button that turns an account on in thirty seconds.
Takes about three minutes. No card, no password, no credit check.
Five steps, and only one of them is ours to hurry.
You can price, build and preview before any of this finishes. What you cannot do is send, because a quote carrying the wrong legal identity is not a lawful quote.
Apply
This form. A person reads it — there is no automated approval — and we come back to you by email at the address you give below.
Identity intake
Legal name, trading name, ABN, registered address, the bank account customer payments go to, your electrical licence number for each state you work in, and your SAA accreditation, NETCC approval and CER agent status. This takes as long as it takes you to gather the documents. Until it is complete the account is in sandbox: it prices, builds and previews, and the send button is off.
Rate card
Your cost base, labour rates, target margin and discount cap. These are append-only and versioned, so changing a price later never rewrites a quote you already sent. They are yours: the platform does not show them to anyone outside your company.
Trial
14 days, counted from the day identity intake completes, not from the day you apply. 10 sendable proposals, your real data, no card.
Go live
Card on file, a plan chosen, send enabled. Plans and overage are on the pricing page.
Jouli sells software and nothing else. It does not sell, design or install energy systems, it holds no accreditation, and it is not a party to your customer's contract. The accreditation on the proposal is yours. The contract is between you and your customer.
Mission Green Pty Ltd is client #1 and built it, so there is one client today — and that client has run its whole quoting operation on this software for months: 65 proposals built and sent, 10 accepted in the browser.
What we need now.
Ten questions. Nothing here is a commitment, and nothing here is binding on either of us.
Kept back until identity intake
None of this belongs in a first contact, so the form does not ask for it:
- Registered legal name, trading name and registered address
- The bank account your customers' payments go to
- An electrical licence number for every state you ticked
- SAA accreditation status, NETCC approval status, CER agent status
- Your cost base, labour rates, margin and discount cap
Things this form will not ask you for
- No card. Not now, and not for the trial.
- No password. Nothing to create, because there is no account yet.
- No ABN lookup. You type it; it is confirmed against your documents at identity intake.
- No credit check and no director identity check.
- No customer data. Do not send us a lead list.
