Status, written by a person.
There is no automated status page yet. This one is written by hand, and it says so rather than showing a row of green ticks nothing is checking.
What is actually running.
The API exposes a health endpoint that reports the database, the schema, the hardware catalogue, the rebate data, the last cron run and whether the external keys resolve. That endpoint is the real source of truth; this page is a summary of it written by a person.
Operational
The pricing and proposal API, its database and its scheduled jobs. The nightly retention purge runs daily.
Website deploys again
Deployments of this website failed between 4 and 6 October for an account reason, so for two days it was older than what was written. Fixed; it deploys on push again. The application and the API were never affected.
Automated monitoring
No uptime monitor, no incident history, no subscribe-to-updates. If something is broken, email is the fastest route and a person will answer.
Nothing is promised in writing
There is no signed uptime commitment on any plan. Saying so is more useful than a number nobody would stand behind.
